Mikayla Sanchez, CMHC-I
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
I am a dedicated advocate for mental health, and believe that therapy goes beyond “finding solutions” in order to make you the best version of yourself.
I recognize the importance of connection, and strive to create a safe, authentic relationship where we work together to uncover the roots of why you are feeling the way you’ve been feeling.
I am completing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a CACREP accredited program, and am working towards professional licensure in the state of Montana. Much of my education has been spent on studying comprehensive mental health interventions, to help individuals, couples, families, and children thrive inside and outside of the therapeutic space.
Outside of therapy, I am a human just like you! I love coffee, walking my dog, traveling, and taking Pilates classes. I bring my personality and warmth into the therapeutic space, and can’t wait to connect with you!
